The Linden Tree is a medium sized tree with dark green heart-shaped leaves. The tree has fragrant yellow-white flowers, followed by round green fruits. The flowers are traditionally used for hypertension, calming the digestive system, boosting the cardiovascular system as well as to relieve migraine headaches.

Habitat:

Grows well on deep, fertile, well-drained loam and clay soils.

Active ingredients:

Linden flowers contain flavonoids including hyperoside, quercitrin, myricetin galactoside, kaempferol, kaempferol and essential oils containing alkanes.
